Michael Sammet has spent his life exploring natural wonders and intellectual frontiers. Since graduating from Berkeley and Stanford, he has taught college level courses in Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, and Santa Cruz. He has presented workshops and panel discussions on media, culture and ecology at Hornings Hideout, Davis Whole Earth Festival, and Burning Man. He has worked with Danny Sheehan at the New Paradigm Institute and is a creative consultant with Peak Experience Productions. He enjoys trekking, scuba diving, kayaking, and skiing. Currently he hosts a weekly talk radio show in Santa Cruz on KZSC 88.1 FM, contributes to a media studies course at UCSC, and teaches Ecological Design at the UC Berkeley Extension.
